A lighter version of Holiday Cheer – Eggless Egg Nog

Received this recipe in my inbox today from Pure Bar and just had to share it.

I’ve always wanted to like egg nog but just couldn’t get over all the eggs and the cream, just not my thing. For those of you who’ve always enjoyed egg nog perhaps the fact that you only need a blender, minimal cooking and cleaning, and the added benefit of only 150 calories per 8oz. versus 343 in the regular version. I’m so excited to try this recipe, I’m definitely thinking it could put a new spin on my holiday season! Enjoy!
